Neulich habe ich einen Workflow in SharePoint 2010 starten wollen und es folgt direkt danach die nette Fehlermeldung:
“Der Workflow ‘Name’ wurde von “Benutzer” abgebrochen”, dann sollte zunächst die Logdatei angesehen werden.
LogDatei liegt unter:
C:ProgrammeGemeinsame DateienMicrosoft Sharedweb server extensions12LOGS
Folgender Fehler war nun zu finden:

Im ersten Moment fast nichtsaussagend, aber es half beim googlen.
Die Lösung fand ich in diesem Blog.
Es lag an dem System Account für den Application Pool – ich weiss nicht mehr warum, aber ich hatte ihn geändert, aber nicht in der Zentraladministration, sondern im IIS 7 und genau das war der Fehler. Also merken für das nächste Mal: Application Pool Account nur über die Zentraladministration ändern! Die Lösung war also wie folgt zu erreichen:
1) Zentraladministration – Vorgänge – Dienstkonten – Webanwendungspool auswählen – Webdienst und Anwendungspool auswählen und den gleichen Benutzer wie in ISS Manager eingetragen ist, auswählen.
2) ISSRESET/NOFORCE ausführen
3) Workflow starten…
Wie von Zauberhand funktioniert nun auch wieder der Workflow.
