Like in every project with “new” communication tools, there is an important part of Key user, governance and training before you rollout the Tool. For Microsoft Teams it’s the same. There are a lot of features inside the Admin center for Microsoft Teams which you should check before activating it in your tenant. And there are a lot of points which you should think about also in order to get a well user adoption:
- Training
- Change Management
- Creation of Teams
- Lifecycle of Teams
- Archives?
- Think about rules, when und for what to use Teams
- Check features that may not be compliant with your company (External Apps)
From Administration perspective you should also have a look at Powershell & Teams. MSFT-Documentation.
