SharePoint 2013: eSignature with SharePoint 2013 / 21-CFR-Part-11

Electronic Signatures with SharePoint is not impossible. There are some steps to perform to enable eSignature for your SharePoint Library.

Within SharePoint you are able to identify a Document as signed on a small lock.

The result looks something like this.

Each document now have an option called “Compliance Details”.

On the “Compliance Details” form you are able to get some informations about the audit log report.

Output for an audit log report is generated as Excel document.
