You should have a look at the Agenda, from IT Pro to DEV you’ll find sessions. Lots of Sessions about Microsoft Teams, SharePoint 2019, OneDrive, Modern Sites, etc. Hub Sites seems to be too new. Maybe it will be discussed in the sessions. Beside the keynote there will be 73 breakout sessions and 1200 participants are expected.
